Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. We provide free shipping on all orders. This flat rate shipping generally takes between 2-5 business days. We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.

We at 2BETRUE work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can catch your order before it is shipped out.

This unfortunately means changes made to your order once it is placed are difficult to accommodate. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at support@2betrue.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@2betrue.com at anytime if you are unhappy with your order. In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if product is returned due to an allergic reaction or damage/defect. In order to receive store-credit/refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of reaching out. There must be 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify.  

2BETRUE is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to 2BETRUE. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.
